March 26, 2016 – The weather was gorgeous, days were long and gatherings flowed from the afternoon into the late evening. It is officially SUMMER! Boys and girls are starting to lineup the beaches. Displaying those beach bods (well, not all of us) while laying underneath the palm trees sipping on piña coladas (or fruit shakes)It is the time for strutting the coasts while wearing those ginormous sunglasses, bikinis and of course, flip-flops. It is also the season for revealing those sun-kissed skin and gorgeous tan lines.

But instead of spending your days with your feet buried to the sand, here you are spending your whole summer inside the house while slouching on the couch and watching re-runs of some-sort-of-telenovela-that-your-mamma-would-only-watch (no offense intended). That lazy feeling of Summer days will surely struck you. Are you in the same boat? If so, perhaps SUMMER-SAYA 2016 might get your adrenaline rush pumpin’. LOBO TOURISM knows best when it comes to the word summer. But when they say summer they mean SUMMER!

It is an annual event that the Tourism Office offers to the Loboeños, jump-packed with exciting activities. Sportsfest events such as volleyball, tug of war, sack race, bangkarera and sand castle making during the day; zumba, fire dancing with the Whally’s Band as the featured group to entertain the guests during the evening. Held at Marsol Beach, Lobo, Batangas with the participation of the LGBT community, Youth, Women and Bangkeros, the event became a great success and surely cemented its reputation as one of the highly-coveted annual event of the Tourism Office.
