This barangay derived its name from the striking circular shape terrain that lies in its mountainscapes. It has a rounded characteristic shape detailed with slope and hilly area. Below, a hectare of rice plantation can be seen together with corn and other agricultural root crops. At the mountainside, cultivation of atis, coconut, mango, banana, and tamarind are among the popular fruits that are extensively produced in this barangay. They are also known for tamarind candies and somehow top suppliers of culinary seasonings.
Barangay Mabilog na Bundok is in the southeast portion of Lobo. It has an area of 534.5777 hectares and is 1.5 kilometers away from the town proper. They are divided into seven (7) sitios, these are: Sitio Ibaba 1 & 2, Looban, Ilaya 1 & 2, Batang Centro and Batang Hulo. They are also known for some delicious Lomi with the twist of local culinary style making it a good destination for food hunt.
